(Pathway up to Mt Ossa)

Hello!
Earlier today there was sunshine. Quite a bit of wind, but no rain – lovely blue skies. I finally decided to put the stand out the front.
I kid you not… not five minutes after I’ve got everything out, I am picking rhubarb, and clouds blow over and the heavens opened.
I won’t repeat all the uncharitable things I said about Tasmanian weather.
So – I gave up entirely on my to do list, left the plants out on the stand, put a note on the table where to find the eggs (I’d put them in the carport) and went back inside and worked on my calendar image choices (I also might have eaten the rest of the chocolate I bought)

Have a wonderful weekend!

  1. Beautiful photos. Love them all. The shell art is amazing. Do you have plans to sell the calendars and your sosp on line?

    1. Thanks Teri! I had such fun making that shell mandala! I’ve just been selling to my facebook friends – which is sort of online lol. I think once I get past the markets leading up to Christmas and see how they go, then I might think about setting up something for the soap.
Probably not the calendars – they are a bigger outlay with not so much margin – plus if they don’t sell I am out of pocket as there is a time limit on that kind of thing. So I am a little wary of going overboard. As it is I’ve just had a nervous moment ordering 50!! 30 of those are spoken for which is good and between the markets and the local notice board I am hopeful the rest will sell.
One of the local shops wants some nice greeting cards or post cards so I am looking into that too. 🙂

    1. Thanks so much! I’ve just ordered them so fingers crossed they will do a good job and get here in a timely fashion!! 🙂

    1. Thank-you Caroline!! Its actually nice going back over the past 12 months looking at photos to search for the ones I think might suit!!

  2. I love the calendar photo choices, especially the shell art. One reason I love your blog is you share photos of the natural world in your corner of the globe. 😉
