Still no sign of summer.
Crew getting delirious.
Rain ceased – wind did not.
Pumpkins seedlings flattened by netting and plastic wind break cover.
Thinking up new tactics… (Delay gardening until January?)
Captain forced into more domestics. Lets not dwell on the details.
To lift the crew’s spirits, captain has made some fresh strawberry jam and is currently baking bread.
Breakfast should be a joyous affair.
